‘DANGER ZONE’ by Diezel
This work appropriates the image of Obelix to represent ‘ in Africa who ‘got fat’ off the land but now faces an uncertain future. A crocodile coming into the scene on the bottom right indicates danger, while other symbols are used to represent certain elements of life in Africa against a backdrop of chaos.
